Make Me a Supermodel is an American reality TV show modeling competition series. Following an audition preview on January 2, 2008, the series premiered January 10 on the cable television network Bravo. The bottom three contestants are selected at the end of each episode and viewers of the show determine which of the three contestants will not continue in the competition. Two contestants, Ben DiChiara and Katy Caswell, were chosen by voters on Bravo's website.
The first season was hosted by supermodels Tyson Beckford and Niki Taylor, and judged by fashion casting director Jennifer Starr. The second season premiered in March 4, 2009, with Beckford returning as the sole host.
What makes "MAKE ME A SUPERMODEL" very special to us here in Negros Island, Philippines is that one of their Season 2 contestants is a member of the Hari ng Negros family and served on the Board of Judges for Hari ng Negros.
She is no other than the sexy Laury Prudent.

Episodes of MAKE ME A SUPERMODEL
Photo shoot
- Episode 1: The models work in pairs regardless of gender, modeling sleepwear outside, in a suspended Plexiglass box.
- Episode 2: The models act out as various types of candy, inclduing pixie sticks, lollipops, chocolate, gumballs and candy canes.
- Episode 3: The models are suspended by wires and have to pull off sports action shots.
Catwalk challenge
- Episode 1: The models present clothing from four designer lines.
- Episode 2: The models use candy as a prop and walk in pairs.
- Episode 3: The models wear sports underwear with wire shoulder pads and must pose like athletes.
The stress and pressure at times can probably be unbearable and it can easily be seen on Laury's face. But we already noticed the day she stepped foot in Canlaon that she was destined for greatness. As of this writing, Laury is still in the running.
